True Change Global Fund provides grants to programs that help immigrants and refugees rebuild their lives with dignity. These initiatives offer comprehensive support — from legal services and English language education to job training, health and wellness programs, and trauma recovery. 

True Change Global Fund supports organizations that empower immigrants and refugees to thrive in their new communities. These programs provide holistic services that address immediate needs and build long-term stability, including:

• Legal Assistance: Immigration legal aid, documentation support, and advocacy to help individuals achieve lawful status and security.

• Language Access & Education: English instruction and interpretation services that promote communication, learning, and inclusion.

• Health & Wellness: Trauma-informed mental health counseling, medical navigation, and access to essential care for individuals and families.

• Economic Empowerment: Job readiness programs, career coaching, and connections to employers that create pathways to self-sufficiency.

• Youth and Family Support: Culturally responsive education, mentorship, and integration programs for children and young adults.

• Survivor Support Services: Specialized assistance for individuals recovering from violence, trafficking, and other forms of trauma.

Through this support, newcomers gain the tools to rebuild their lives, contribute to their communities, and pursue a future defined by safety, stability, and hope.
